We do not accept exchanges or returns after purchasing. All sales are final.
Refunds are processed only if I have messed up on your order etc. I do not refund just because you change your mind on an order. All sales are FINAL!

Once the package has shipped it is out of our hands and I advise you to contact your local usps postal office.
